While CS Realty Relocation Services, Inc. is not an entity which is regulated under federal law and is not required to provide you with a privacy notice, we do understand that when you provide confidential information to us about your finances and personal information, you do so expecting the highest level of confidentiality, security and privacy. Our firm has voluntarily adopted a privacy policy which we would like you to know about.

We have, therefore, created our privacy policy to maintain our commitment to ensure the protection of your information.

Information Collected
We will collect information from you in order to respond to your request for the services which our firm provides. Depending on the services you have requested, this information may include but is not limited to your name, address, zip code, e-mail address, telephone number, a log-in name, password, whether or not you are buying, selling, seeking to lease or rent real property, information about the properties in which you are interested or which you own and whether you are seeking to purchase or lease property as well as your home search criteria.
When you come to our office or when you access our website, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information. This information may include but is not limited to the registration process giving you online access to our website, the delivery to our sales personnel of the search criteria for the properties you access. Our sales personnel will then be working with you to facilitate e-mails, appointments and the handling of offers and other communications.
Whenever you access our computer system or register with our office, you will be providing information about yourself. This information is entered into our computer systems, including but not limited to your IP address, when you access our computers. We use this information for routine communications and to gather broad demographic information.

The Persons With Whom We Share Information
We will maintain your account information and personal data on a confidential basis. We will use that information for the services which you have requested or believe that you want us to provide. If you list your property with us, we will post the information about your property on our website, in the local MLS and in turn, on the internet. We select those websites which we believe are helpful in marketing your property effectively. By providing us with information and requesting our services, you are thereby giving us permission to transfer your information as necessary to the appropriate parties such as prospective purchasers, renters, mortgage companies, appraisers, settlement providers, home warranty companies, inspectors and others so that they can fulfill any request made by you to provide services. Any personally identifiable information which you provide to us will be made available to the independent contractors and other staff members of our firm and its affiliates. Generally, the real estate licensee who has been assigned to you by our firm will coordinate the disclosure of your information to third parties. For example, the licensed salesperson with whom you work may disclose your name and address to the property you wish to purchase so that a building inspector, home inspection agency, bank appraiser or other person can identify and arrange to visit the property.
We may also share your information with our subsidiaries and with non-affiliated companies which provide other services in connection with real estate transactions in which you and our company are involved. These may include a home warranty company, mortgage brokerage firm or other entity with which we have a relationship. If there is an ownership relationship between us and the entity affiliated with us, you will be given full disclosure about that relationship. Our affiliates will be required to protect the privacy of your personal information at the same level maintained in our own office.
The various business enterprises with whom you will be dealing, i.e. lending institutions, title companies, homeowners' insurance companies, home warranty companies and others which are not affiliated with our company may each have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your personally identifiable information. We do not take responsibility or liability for any third party privacy policies or the actions of any third party.
Please note that our office uses a computer system for communications with our clients and customers. This computer system has the capacity to provide demographic information, your IP address and information about the information you are seeking when you visit our website. This information is compiled and analyzed. If you have come to our website or to our firm through another source, we may as part of our agreement with that source, provide your data to them.
Our office may also disclose personally identifiable information in circumstances in which we believe it is necessary for the conduct of our business to do so or where it is necessary to contact, identify or bring legal action against someone. Information which you provide to these other websites is being collected by that website and not by us. Your Options
We will use your e-mail address to communicate with you and to provide information about real property in general or specific information about property in which you have expressed an interest. We also will use our e-mail communications to provide information which we may believe is of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such communications from us, you can simply contact us or opt-out on the link which we will provide on our website.
Please note that much of the information that we obtain we are required to obtain as a matter of law in connection with our licensure as real estate brokers. You are free to not provide any of the information which is requested but if you do not provide required information you may not be able to access our services.
Access to Our Website
You will be permitted to provide updated information or change your preferences when you utilize our website. You will find links enabling you to do so. You will also need to use a login ID and a password in order to access your account information. If you have lost your password, you may request a new one using the procedures which you will find on our website.
Our Security Measures
We restrict access to our website and to the personal information we store about you by using a login process. Your password should never be shared with anyone and your user ID should similarly be maintained in confidentiality. No one at our office will ever ask you for your password in an unsolicited telephone call or e-mail. We believe that e-mail is the best form of communication with most of our customers. Any e-mail that you send to our office will be carefully routed to the intended party. Unfortunately, no e-mail transmission utilizing the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
